Enjoying optimum health and fitness for the rest of our lives requires an understanding of our body, our emotions and proper nutrition. It is a dynamic process that continues on for as long as we are able to do so. This concept is proven when we look at people who have lost weight and have regained the weight back plus more. They worked so hard to lose the weight and once they reach the goal, they let go. Voila! in a few months the weight is back and even more.

 

Achieving optimum health and fitness does not happen by osmosis. It requires effort, discipline and commitment to reach this condition. Just because you are going to a health club or gym does not make you healthy and fit. You need to flex those muscles, burn those calories and practice discipline when your sweet tooth is calling for dessert and when you're not in the mood to exercise.

 

Finally, the state of Forever Fit is about healthy body and mind no matter your age. It is about living life to its fullest because you are able to do so!
