Forever Fit is dedicated to Bridging the Gap to True Fitness through our personalized training and counseling programs, education, fitness testing and equipment.
The company was founded by Melanie Owen in 2004 to provide on-site training and coaching. The company also manufactures and distributes the Gym4Life™ Fitness System. This is the same equipment Melanie uses in training her clients.
This year, Forever Fit is extending its services to providing companies with solutions to improving their current fitness programs or designing a new fitness program for companies who do not have an existing program.
